A very rare species in our region is the leafless Epipogium aphyllum.
It is difficult to find, because it is small, has no leaves and grows in darker areas in the forest. Today I found 3 plants in flower, last year on the same place we found 5 plants. But this year the temperature is very high and long time we had no rain.

Here some pictures, not so a good quality but you can imagine the spectacular flower.

It would be interesting to see also some other species of this genus.

Yea never heard of or seen photos of this one. I love the tiny, elusive ones! Nice find.
 
In the first two photos it appears to be growing with something from the genus Oxalis. If that is true, then that is one tiny orchid!
