these are such intriguing. What temperatures does this one require?
They can take cold nights, say mid-thirties F, if no frost, but don’t like summer heat. Most of mine are in clay pots, and I bring them inside in the summer if it’s going to be in the 80’s.
Another one for the wine fridge/soda vending machine...

Not an easy genera to grow let alone bloom. It has a beautiful flower. Congrats. Well done!
Disa are soooo beautiful and intricate. The color is outstanding.

In the heat the plants will put everything into the flowers and "forget" to grow a replacement tuber. If you don't have side shoots, rather cut the flower. The cut flowers can last long enough to mature seed---if you feel inclined to breed it. The seed germinate very easily on wet sphagnum moss.
