We went to a weekend festival at the Desert Botanical Garden in Phoenix. I got to say "hello" to the Desert Valley Orchid Society, the Central Arizona Cactus and Succulent Society and the West Valley Rose Society too. I might start attending some of the meetings for these groups. Anyway, here are some pics...

I'm totally jealous but the weather is looking up here, at the moment. (heh, ditto...)

Interesting about Doherty. We had something similar at New England Wild last year. Next year we're having an exhibit on Trees. I wonder if our Ed people know about this guy....

This year, Dave Rodgers is back with his giant insects, which I am really looking forward to as I missed them in 2004.
