Dend. Hybrid

This is labeled as Dend. Angel Red x Sailor Tongkkul. I can find neither as reistered hybrids on the RHS site. Any Idea if they are real crosses or not?

Regardless, the flowers are lovely.

No idea. Although "Sailor Tongkul" has only 1 'k'.
