Commonly called the Pigeon Orchid. I have had this plant in my collection for many years and it only started blooming for me a couple of years ago.

It gets a semi dry winter rest and resides in high light. It is an intermediate to warm grower. It takes a 10 degree drop in temperature to initiate blooming 9 days after. It now blooms for me intermittently from early spring into the fall. The flowers are about an inch wide and are highly fragrant. Unfortunately the flowers are short lived.
