This one has bloomed a few times this year, but I kept not getting around to taking a photo in time. Very small! Growing outside in full sun.

The pic isn't great (plant, not bloom is in focus), so no big-size pic this time.

Very nice ! Never seen it before- I guess the name lichenastrum refers to its size.
 
This flower is bitty, and each spike produces 1 flower. I have a patch about 3 - 4" on a side growing on a piece of cork bark. The most flowers I've had at one time is 4, and it stragles flowers allong almost year round.

If someone knows how to time this species to get a big spontaneous blooming I'd like to know.
