this is an old hybrid.. a cross of c. bowringiana and c. forbesii. this is its best blooming so far with 5 flowers... :D

Yeah, I noticed the color break right away, too. I would get it virus tested...and isolate from your other plants.

Eric, no....cattleyas don't bloom normally with colorbreak. It's a classic sign of virus. Sometimes major stress or bugs can cause some mishapen petals or color irregularities, so it's always good to test. But this plant should be moved far away from the other plants in the photo. If it's not valuable and has bloomed like this before I'd throw it away. You don't want to spread it to your other orchids.
