And, look at the "problem" we all have when we are fortunate enough to get 3 or more large flowers on the inflorescence. It takes some real skill, and some daring, to try and get the flowers spread apart horizontally so they all display vertically and hardly touching. Sometimes I just can't make it happen.

I couldn t stop laughing on your comments. Yes, it is a real "problem“...how we can call this and how we can solve this "whatever"????My dowiana has 5 buds on one stem...how will i survive?????

In Brazil, they use green wire to position. It takes practice but doable. Check out IG vdos.

Maybe you could even put them in a new post chain? I do a lot of training of my Cattleya growths with twist ties to optimize my growing space and optimizing flower display on an inflorescence would be part of what I think of as “orthodontics for Cattleyas”!
