Yes keep them in warmest part of your growing area in winter, around 18C minimum.Beautiful view Leslie! I'm not lucky with lawrenceana, she definetely wants warm temps to thrive.
Love the painting of Cat. maxima, I own several orchid paintings of the beginning of xx century and would like to show you my favourite one.
I did see this and loved it.Lovely thing Leslie! Strong colours.
Apropos of this unusual species, Have you seen this semi alba that Steve Christofferson is offering at the moment? I would barely have recognised it as this species.

Yes Leslie, it's coccinea.Yes keep them in warmest part of your growing area in winter, around 18C minimum.
That’s a really beautiful painting. Is it coccinea? Who is it by?
Wow that’s antique! A treasure indeed.I just found out that it's older than I thought, 1840 ca
Very nice but it is doubtful to me if it is straight lawrenceana. Throat is not right for lawrenceana.Lovely thing Leslie! Strong colours.
