Came back late last night and found this greeting me. What a beautiful thing!

Rare flamea form of this semialba Venezuelan species.

Grows warm and medium bright light.

I got it as a small division from a private US collector about 6-7 years ago.

Yes it will vary in terms of the intensity and size of the flameas. Some years just a tiny pincelada on the petals and a faint 1 cm line on the sepals. But always all parts have some kind of markings.

I find my pods mature anywhere from 6 to 12 months, depending on the species and parents used. I watch for the pod maturation signals and harvest dry seeds.
