I think the entire blooming apparatus is off, a mutated version of the vegetative parts. This translates to the flower unfortunately. Have you a pic of the previous bloom? If not, you will have to wait another year to see a true flower with a normal growth.

The good news is that it is a typo with lip orlata, a very desirable trait.
