Cattleya bicolor x forbesii

This is one of my oldest and most reliable Cattleyas....its bloomed every year for the past 20 years....its an ugly, rangy plant, but great flowers. I just took this pic today, but the bloom has been open since the end of october....which explains the brown edges.

Nice colors, so the bloom lasted for 2 months, this is a fine flowering period! Jean

Don't see much forbesii influence in the flower. Great contrast though!
