i'm afraid that is not calanthe triplicata... c.triplicata has white flowers and is a tropical-growing plant.. i'm not sure if the distribution extends to China...

To paphboy: Thank you for your message, I take a mistake in the species name, it is Calanthe tricarinata, not Calanthe triplicata.

Calanthe triplicata is gorw in China too, there are some really tropical season rain forest in south of China, some really tropical orchids, inchuld some Phalaenopsis and Vanda in these forest.
