Now, NEslipper, has me beat for classic whites, but here's a different type.
This is good example of what in the cut flower industry was known as a "Royal" or a "Japhet orchid".
A bifoliate spices crossed with something from the bow bells line. They were smaller, more waxy and almost pure white.

Patrick, nice blooms.

I wish your flower pics were more higher resolution. What camera are you using? It looks like older Kodak pic style. Maybe a more neutral background?
Just whatever camera is on my amazon tablet.
I agree I need a better background, but the greenhouse usually has such good light.
