The smell must have been bred out because it doesn't smell it's 'golden gate' division

what do you do to get this to bloom? have a hybrid with this in it and it just loves to grow and not flower. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

I grow that one very bright fertilize with a calcium balance fertilizer and drop my temps 20 degrees at night 90 day 70 night
