I got this from Hoosier Orchids this past fall, and didn't even think it had mature enough growths to bloom. There are five flowers on the umbel, and the flower length is about 10". Lots of cool detail close up.


 
I love it. I have one from Marilyn at WindyHill and hopefully it will be as nice as yours. It's still small but maybe I will try talking to it. Bloom, bloom, bloom.....

This one is still pretty small too. There are a couple of leaves about 4+ inches long, but the other bulbs still have their baby leaves.

Its still in a 2" clay pot. The basket you can see is for an echinolabium.
