Once I open the bottle, does it need to be kept in the fridge or is room temperature going to be fine for storing it?

Room temp is fine. The current inventory has an expiration date of 22 November 2024, so if you think you won't use it before then (~67 gallons of solution), go ahead and refrigerate.
