Nice looking group. Many people have trouble growing this group. Looks like you are growing in a bark mix. Do you let them complete dry out?

they are all in a bark mix with perlite and some charcoal.
I don’t let them completely dry out. But I don’t keep them as wet as other paphs. I water when the mix approach dryness. Most of them are so root bound that I have to water almost every day. Hope that helps
