Jake, it may not be interesting for people who are interested in cultivation, but it is interesting for biologists. Scientifically, it is fairly basic information about this species, but there aren't so many field-based studies of orchid biology (compared to other plant taxa). Liu et al published a similar paper in 2006, but the book has more info.
 
Well I am about half way through and find it interesting. Found it fascinating how armeniacum thrives in land that has been disturbed by man! Gives ones hope except man has probably wiped out most existing populations.
 
I'm positive that just a few peoples collection of paphs are far greater than there are left in the wild, idiot people pull up hundreds of wild paphs take them to the market to sell and they all die, in other threads on this forum shows it
