It seems my venustum is producing two buds on the new stem.
I haven't been able to find any pics of that on google. Is that really that rare?
I've had many paphs doing that this winter.
 
Hansen, one or two of my venustums from Japan GrandPrix post had 2 flowers on each stem. Shows that the plant is happy.

However I find that a normally single flowered Paph throwing two flowers will divide the energy onto both flowers, which at many times decrease the overall size. Similar to Cattleyas throwing 3 to 5 flowers on a normally 2 flower cultivar.
