This was supposed to be a separate post but I accidentally included it as a reply to my Stanhopea post. Anyway, reliable bloomer and does well in my windowsill and outside in summer.

It's a very deep, intense color...marvelous.

And very prolific, too. It appears to be 12+ flowers? I generally get only 8-9 on my Princess Mikasa. Does this bloom multiple times/year?

It has 13 flowers and checking my records it has bloomed with between 10-13 flowers per spike in the past. My best was two spikes with 21 flowers total. I believe it could bloom more than once a year under the right conditions but has not ever done so for me.
