Any idea where I can find this item?

I'm trying to make a shoulder strap for my tripod following the instructions here:

I found the metal ring without a problem, but I can't seem to track down the strap/D-ring in the package labeled "Heavy Duty Adjustable Hanger."

Anyone happen to see one anyplace?

Maybe an outdoor store like Gandor Mountain? If nothing else, find the d ring and nylon strap and sew them as shown?

maybe you can find a really cheap rucksack that has the strap/rings setup and sacrifice it for a shoulder strap
