This just opened and it will lighten. Color really depends a lot on our growing conditions. This year many of our breeding lines have come out darker. It did open during a cool spell.

No. This is still our original FS. This was a joint effort between Frank S and Terry. I am told both parents rated "good". With newer kovachii especially, expecting improvements.

When you say "cooler" just how cool are we talking? I was told the Nichole Tower I have would bloom more red the cooler I had it, but she stayed pretty darn pink even blooming through the winter.
