    Paph. PEOY update!!

    Up on my Prince Edward of York. The first flower is fully open, almost, and the petals is only about 10" now. Judging from the dosal, the flower is not fully mature, yet as its not horizontal like rothschildianum. Will post a better picture once the second one is fully open.

    Paph. emersonii shealth (length of producing bud time)

    I have Paph. emersonii in shealth (for the first time) for over 5 months and there is no sing of bud development yet. I'm just wondering how long it will take for a 'flower shealth' to produce bloom. I heard some species like malipoense takes a long time to produce flower as well.
