I dont remember if I posted this bloom before. This Phrag bloomed at the beginning of last December. This is the typical color of forma Manzurii, a pale green in the petals and the dorsal sepal. The pouch in white though. Isn't beatiful?
This Phrag was collected in the wild by a friend.
Recently we visited the place to see how this Phrag lives in situ. All plants were growing over rocks receiving lots of pure water.
This a nice Phrag that blooms the second time for me and comes from D. Manzuri.
Like all the micropetalum, it loves the water. I water it every day, sometime twice. It has 2 more spikes.
This is the first bloom of this Phrag for me. It is the second flower of the first spike, first flower was so so. This phrag comes from Alfredo Manrique in Perú.
This phrag is endemic to Colombia, found in the northeastern, close to Venezuela. It likes lots of water. I use moss in the top of the pot to keep the medium wet. All the micropetalum subgenus need lots of water. This plant comes from D. Manzuri.
P kovachii that comes from Manolo Arias in Perú. Grown in cold weather at @7200ft asl in a cymbidiun type pot. Lots of water every day. One flower open and 3 more to come.
This tiny flower is very nice. This plant comes from David Mazur who discovered this variety in the estern side of Colombia. This paticular clone is easy to grow and bloom.
