I have this diseases on some plants. Only on plants of the Micropedalum section with soft leaves. I don't think that these are insects bites, check them under the microscope and don't find something noticeable.

I bought a „caricinum“ from popow wich never flowers right now. But i am sure its not the species. The real one has much more narrow leaves. Bought ist as a young plant and the Habitus looks like your plant.
I have a child plant of your clone, i think you can see the similarity. The Flower is bigger and the leaves are wider than other richteri. Nice to see the parent plant, thanks.

The leave of pearcei is more slim and the habitus is different. Looks like a nice richteri for me...
Is this a Phrag. caricinum next to it with the bloom?
I am sure it is not a clean Phragmipedium pearcei. It has the richteri typical humps on the lip. How looks the habitus? Phragmipedium pearcei has a longer rhizome than other species.
