I picked this one up a year or two ago at the Paph Forum. This its first bloom.

One of my favorite sequential species. The first bloom of a new spike opened so I took the opportunity to photograph it with my new lighting set up.

The Paph QF Mini I purchased from Paph Paradise at this year's Paph Forum bloomed recently. Neat little flower that is bloom size in a 2" pot.

I bought a flask from Woodstream and potted it in a container with a lid to keep the humidity up to slowly harden the plants off per Bill's recommendations. While watering today, I noticed some gray mold growing on the agar. Is that a problem and if so, what's the best way to get rid of it?

Any ideas what caused the dark spots on this bloom? All previous blooms opened without any blemishes. I don't see any pests on the plant either. Current growing conditions are +/- 60% humidity and daytime temps around 68F.

Looking to replace a plant I lost in a cold snap a couple of years ago. The vendor I purchased it from no longer has any.

A leaf on my Paph liemianum is turning brown. The tips on a couple of other leaves are a little yellow. Is this some sort of rot or is it too much fertilizer? I've had the plant for 2 years and it is happily blooming on two growths but this issue popped up over the last two weeks.

Can anyone recommend a LED lamp for growing orchids in an office environment? Most of the grow lamps in seeing are pretty expensive so I wanted to see if anyone here had used them before I get one. I want to keep an orchid or two at work, maybe rotate them in and out when they're blooming...

I think two of my Phalaenopsis have Tospovirus (see attached images). Have I made the correct identification? If so, how long do I have to isolate the plants in the same area to make sure they don't have it as well? I have another Paph and 2 Phals on the same shelf of the plant stand.
