    Paphiopedilum chamberlainianum var. latifolium

Sequential bloomer. It's kind of an odd one with big round leaves. Vegetatively it reminds me of a cabbage for some reason :D . It grew pretty fast from seedling to flowering in 2 years. The comparison photos are with victoria mariae.

Paphiopedilum delenatii v. vinicolor double header

I got this one as a freebie tiny seedling with some other plants from Assendorfer about 2 years ago. It has grown well and now flowering for the first time. It is complemented by a lovely tea rose fragrance.

    Paphiopedilum vietnamense

This is my P. vietnamense in bloom. I purchased it from Schwerter in Germany 12 months ago for the princely sum of EUR 15. Seems like pretty good value these days?

    RLC Miriam Suzuki 'Viviran'

Got this one as a bare root import last year, recovered well and now flowering. The fragrance is amazing, like a bowl of tropical fruit punch. 15cm spread. I used to only grow species, but now happy I started to add some hybrids, this is amazing 😁😁😁

    Is this paphiopedilum lowii?

One of the vendors in EU has this photo of P. lowii but it looks different than other lowii I've seen, is this a subspecies, a hybrid or within the normal range of P. lowii? Orchid Paphiopedilum lowii (S/NFS)

    P. barbatum

This one is labelled as P. barbatum nigritum, but I don't see where the nigritum comes in. From other threads in the past I conclude that it is not nigritum. I include some photos next to other flowers including P. gratrixianum to give an idea of the dimensions, it is not as mini as some others...

    P. gratrixianum with funny lateral sepals

Here is my P. gratrixianum finally flowering after a very long recovery process. I had a fire in my greenhouse about 13 years ago  and this one barely survived, but now it is doing well and flowering for the first time. These are tough plants! Anyway, I noticed the lateral sepals are kind...
