    P. vejvarutianum

Very nice flower. This species is quite rare to see in regular collections. It looks so similar to Paph coccineum. I can't distinguish between vejvarutianum and coccineum.

    Paph dodyanum

Yes, the flowers are sequential. I usually cut the spike after the first one die-off to preserve the health of the plant. My friends told me this species can bloom around 7 flowers sequentially in total, much less than other types in the section Cochlopetalum.

    Paph dodyanum

My Paph dodyanum beautifully blooms in my tropical garden. It's very heat tolerant and easy to grow. This is the second year in a row I have it bloomed, so far is the most flower-free Paph compared to other types. The mottled leaves make it eye-catching even with no flowers. I'm happy to have it...

    Paph. godefroyae or leucochilum?

Thanks Jens for your information. I think it makes sense to treat leucochilum as a form of godefroyae too. When you say varieties in colour alone are treated as forms (fma.), does it mean that a plant var. alba ... should be renamed as fma. alba too?

    Paph. myanmaricum and godefroyae

Hi Slipper hobbyists, these are Paph. myanmaricum and godefroyae in my garden. I'm overjoyed since this is the first time I have 2 Paph blooming at the same time under my care. I'm wondering if the hybrid of myanmaricum and godefroyae exists in the market?

    Paph. godefroyae or leucochilum?

Thanks Troy for your comment. I live in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. It's quite hot here, the temperature regime relies upon the monsoon season, around 30-32oC in the rain season from mid-May to end of Oct. A little cool in Nov and Dec and extremely hot in Mar to mid-May, varies 37-42oC. I was...

    Paph. godefroyae or leucochilum?

Hi Slipper hobbyists, I purchased this Paph a year ago, the vendor said it's Paph. leucochilum but now when it blooms, I think it might be Paph. godefroyae as I see some dots on the pouch. I have attached an image for your judgment. Much appreciate for your comments. Thank you in advance.
