Journalist looking for orchid trader or owner who has evaded CITES rules

Harold Koopowitz would be a highly regarded reference on this subject. He states publicly his opinions concerning CITES.

    Paph. stonei blooming

Very nice. I’m still in awe about how long they take to bloom.
  3. Duck Slipper

    Paph. concolor

19 cm. One of the larger leaves acquired some kind of rot and I removed it. So it would be a bit larger.

    Paph. parishii var. dianthum album

Good job Guru! Thanks. I agree it is a smallish plant and it surprised me when it sent up a spike...then came two flowers.

    Cattleya warscewiczii “Firmin Lambeau”

Well, this brings me to a question that came up when I posted a pic of a Roth...New Horizon x Raptor. Fabrice thought it was a division...Justin clarified and said a seedling. Because I had posted the name with awards as it was written on the tag??? I should of just posted with the name and...

    Cattleya warscewiczii “Firmin Lambeau”

I was cruising Chadwick Orchids species division list and under warscewiczii was a division of “Firmin Lambeau”. 1 division available. I called and ordered. It came with a letter from Art describing the rarity of the plant and a handwritten tag that says; C. warscewiczii ‘Firmin Lambeau” x self...

    Cattleya warscewiczii “Firmin Lambeau”

I commented on Terryos thread about his Alba warscewiczii on April 8, this year. At that time this division showed no sign of blooming. This warscewiczii did it fast. It just opened yesterday so perhaps it will flatten out a bit. Flowers are 16 cm. X 16 cm.

    P. rothschildianum ('Sam's Choice' x 'MM Best') - first time bloomer

Great shape. A blooming Roth is excellent for anyone’s “humble abode”!

So...let me see if I understand this Tiff. You want someone to admit they are doing something illegal, and how they are getting away with it?? Seriously?

Paph. rothschildianum (‘New Horizon’ FCC/AOS x ‘Raptor’ GM/JOGA)

I apologize for the confusion! The four photos was a lot worse before I deleted quite a few and somehow I left four of the same pic.
