Thanks all! I really appreciate the comments. I was thinking roth also but the petals are throwing me. Those are what lead me to the idea of a hybrid. Still i could see this being a poor roth, especially by today's standards. Whatever it is roth dominates. I doubt the flower count will continue...

This is a lovely flower. Every time i see it I appreciate it's uniqueness. I also question the lineage a bit. I have also heard that selfing this clone produced variable progeny indicating that it is a hybrid, not a species. I would be curious to see it selfed again before tissue or other mass...

The two unbloomed siblings of this clone have slightly darker leaves. I am curious to see if the leaf color translates to any differences in the flower. Maybe a more yellow color🤔?
