    Paph. bellatulum Sept 2021

First of the bellatulums to open this year. Nice shape imho.

    Paph. Benkei x bellatulum

Pretty big flower that’s heavy on bellatulum. But the Leucochilum comes thru in the spots and patterns.

    Paph. leucochilum x thaianum

Paph. leucochilum x thaianum. I wished for a more open flower but the leuco is quite dominant.

    Paph. “concolor”

This monster of a plant is in bloom again. There’s at least 2 more growths in sheath but somehow I can’t get them to open all at the same time. Maybe this time around I will get lucky. A lot of people think it’s actually Paph. Wellesleyanum instead of concolor like the label says. I emailed...

    A mini brachy

Paph. S Gratrix x thaianum. Leaf span is about 3 inches. Flower pretty flat! New favourite!

    Paph. niveum ‘Ardenn’

Best niveum I got. Can’t wait to see blooms when it gets multigrowth.

    Paph. niveum

First bloom niveum. Got it in low sheath. A bit small but i think it’s got some potential.

    Paph. leucochilum

Wished for a more open bloom. Would have been so nice if it opened a bit more with its round segments. Love the creamy yellow base tho. Super slow grower...

    K-lite

I bought k-lite back in 2012 and ground it up to a powder right after I received it. I have not used it in at least 5 years and I am thinking of giving it another try. Checked it and it’s completely dry. Is it still ok to use? Do fertilizers expire at some point? Thanks!

Paph. (Benkei x leucochilum) x bellatulum

Both flowers open now. Huge flowers but I wish they opened some more. They would have been truly humongous. I will try and stake next time it blooms. it is growing in pure moss. Goes against the idea that brachies need to be grown drier than other paphs. I rescued it from root rot by putting it...

    Paph. niveum 2021

Average flower. But a fantastic grower. Always giving me 2 spikes with 2 flowers each! Been with me for a while. The white residue on leaves is from castille liquid soap i added when i foliar feed.

    Paph. concolor

Nice bloom but i have doubts as to whether it's pure concolor, as i and some other members expressed before. Vigorous plant that needs repotting soon. It has 2 new growths in low sheath so maybe after blooming then. Loving my brachies the most ATM so the parvies are taking a backseat.

    Paph. bellatulum x niveum

This one is a weed! Recently divided into 3 plants. 1 division sulked for a while. Brachies hate being divided the most, IMO. I am surprised to see this one bloom so quickly.

    Paph. Psyche

First post in a while! Been mostly lurking and enjoying everyone's blooms. Here's a Paph Psyche that i've had for a while. A bit of a slow grower compared to other Brachies but the flower is quite big. Paph Psyche = bellatulum x niveum

    Mold in flask

One of my flasks has some type of white fuzzy mold in it. Just a small part. I did what John M suggested and opened the flask to acclimate the seedlings to the open environment (I noticed the mold before opening the flask). Is this type of mold fatal to seedlings? Should I treat the seedlings...

    Wanted Parvi Species Pollen

Looking for any parvi species pollen. I have a Paph. Wossner China Moon (armeniacum x hangianum) that in bloom. Will give you a flask/seedlings if the cross takes! Thanks!

    Flasks

How long can I keep the plants inside flasks? I got 7 flasks in March 23 and still haven't had the time to deflask them. I have them beside my plant stands where they receive about 100 fc of fluorescent light.
