Jenny St. Michel

My name is Jen and I live on the Maine/New Hampshire border. We have mild summers mid 80’s and cold winters sometimes below zero. I have always been into outdoor gardening but in the last couple years gotten into indoor as well. My first orchid was a gift. A Phalaenopsis. At first I thought it would be like a normal houseplant but once I researched it I quickly learned I was wrong. I got obsessed with how to care for it and a year later had 10. Now I am brave enough to try other genera and have fallen in LOVE with Phrags. I currently have 3 that are doing well living inside my home. I also recently ordered a greenhouse which I will start experimenting with this summer. I am excited to be here and can’t wait to learn from everyone else’s experiences!
