Visited OZ today

I was lucky enough to win an OZ auction plant and then had the great opportunity to go pick up the plant at the nursery while I was in the area doing business. Such a very dangerous place for me to visit! The opportunity to buy more plants presented itself and I added to the local economy. Psst...dont tell my wife, she would kill me!!

Picked up the auction plant (Mem Dick Clements x Saint Ouen) and the besseae both of which are probably the best that I have seen in person other than the plants that were not for sale at the greenhouse.

Most of these pictures were taken in my greenhouse and one outside under 3PM sun.

I would be happy with all of this

Terry Root has improved the besseae breeding lines considerably over the years.
For one thing, they are more vigorous and easier to grow.

I love the petals of those besseae!

Yes, that's the Phrag Ralph Gouldner (w/ flavum besseae on the St. Ouen side).

I don't think there's a "u" in Bill's last name - it's Goldner.
