Hi and thanks for having me on. My beautiful cattleya is starting to have these weird things on their leaves...can anyone pls pls tell me what

Make sure the pest you are trying to control is listed on the label and that it doesn't say that it "suppresses" them. Those don't really help, in my opinion

Should I repot before winter really kicks off?

I don't know how much experience you have with Paphs and slippers in general, but are you referring to a previously bloomed growth? If you're new to slippers, just want to make sure that you know that after each growth blooms, that growth dies. New growths should rise from the base to take over...

    Need your help ;(

You said you're relatively new growing slipper orchids. I just want to make sure that you know that after each growth blooms, that growth will die off but a new growth should appear and grow, mature, bloom then that growth will also die off. Totally normal

    Crazy leggy Paphiopedilum

Years ago, there was a member of this forum who "cloned" a similar plant. It was truly cloning, but I think he called it that. I'm pretty sure that they took a similar plant, noticed roots growing in the leaf axis, cut it below that and grew them all on. Not sure how they did...

    Paphs I received from Hawaii.

I've heard that some places in Hawaii were it rains everyday or they water everyday, the growers use a very porous mix so they dry quickly Of course, I have no idea if this was the case with the plants you received

    Sticky crispy dried out leaves?

If they are sticky, that may point to soft scale or aphids, though aphids are less likely. The sticky stuff, if it's what I think it is, is honeydew (the polite way to say scale poop)

    Microscopic mites on paphs

Broad mites I don't remember if you'll need something specific for broad mites or if a regular miticide will do. When you read the label, if they are on there, it's good If it says it suppresses them, move on because it will do little to help bring them under control
