Henryanum and concolor v. striatum

First Bloom on my new henryanum. Very compact plant.
Both flowers on this stem on the concolor have looked like this. There are two more spikes comming, so I hope they'll be better.

The next flower has just opened. There's some improvement on the lip. There are still three more buds, so maybe I'll get a flawless one too
