There is a rule here in my country that if there are more buds, there must be at least 75% opened. I don't know your rules, flower is perfect ( I think at least), but only one.
Short answer is "yes"....

in my experience the most talked about aspect of these kind of hybrids is size...if it is average or less, it doesn't have a chance unless it had something really unusual going for it...like saturated color..especially with a hybrid that has been done a lot

Color good, but dorsal seems pinched. Maybe dorsal will improve next week at NCJC (or us it not the first Saturday in August) Judging where this week?
So show it off next week. It's lovely and say again that
you have nothing to lose...well, perhaps you'll buy some

It's a Phrag. Even if the bloom falls off before judging, you can just superglue it back on and it'll still look fresh and new for another few days.oke:
