Help please

Is there a thread that describes how to post pics?

Everytime I try I get a "Files to large" message even though I resize the pic in Photoshop to 72 pixels/inch and a 4x6 size.

If there is a way to easily post several pics in one posting I would appreciate the help.

At the top of the photo section are two permanent posts stickies that explain.
Best way is upload photos to Photobucket or another site and then post he embedded link. [I may have the terminology wrong but ....]
