An Orchid Inn seedling (longifolium 'Black as Night' x d'alessandroi)
First bloom - I adore the yellow in the petals. Can't wait for this one to grow up and start branching! :)

Very nice Nicholle Tower...
I was going to post mine tomorrow..you've beat me to it! :p
 
I think that for Sam, dalessandroi is just a variation of besseae and that
is why he had put Eric Young on the label (I'm just speculating)..
It's better if you add Nicholle Tower to it. Before you forget. :)
This batch is all from the same source and mine looks exactly like yours and
like you, I really can't wait for it to branch and throw lots of flowers!

Same happened to me. I ordered a Eric Young from Sam, instead a Nicholle Tower arrived.
