Grew out this freakish growth with very small leaves and short stature then tried to bloom 4 flowers at once, 3 survived. The growth is not visible, hiding under the normals ( a critter eat part of one lip off)

Since some small Catts (walkeriana, nobilior) normally flower on small leafless growths I guess it isn't too surprising to see something similar in other species once in a while.
Your aclandiae is floriferous and has good color, so who cares if it is a freak?

Pretty. I had a C. walkeriana v. alba 'Pendentive' that did that once. I think its only a problem if that's all it ever does :rollhappy:

Looking down inside at the growth, it appears to be two growths fused together then popping out with 4 flowers rather my normal 2. Its cool never the less.
